How long until I get my order?

Arrival times may vary based on item availability and the ship-from location. Saturday delivery is available in most areas. Please note that severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally disrupt shipping services.

Policy on Orders Not Picked up
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your order within 21 days of receiving this email. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned, re-shelved for sale, and may be eligible for a refund upon request.
If your refund request is made within the first 21 days of the class start date, it will be issued to your original form of payment. After this period, refunds may be issued in the form of a gift card. For any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
